Club4Fitness is a gym and personal training chain with facilities across the southeastern United States and Texas.


With multiple locations and continual expansion, Club4Fitness needed marketing and web page templates that could be easily replicated and adapted. They wanted to improve their members’ user experiences and needed a better way to manage leads coming in from online forms.


The dedicated strategist we assigned to Club4Fitness overhauled their website and online processes for managing members. For newly opened locations, the associated details and forms became easier to add. We also improved the website navigation and UX to make pages easier to find. The flow of lead information to the appropriate facilities was optimized.


The Club4Fitness site is now easy for them to update and for users to navigate as new locations are launched. Form submissions now flow to the right places without falling through the cracks.
